Copyright Policy

When you place an order with Method Ink, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to reproduce any copyrighted images or artwork. By placing an order, you affirm that you hold the necessary rights or permissions for the content you provide.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround time for print-only orders generally ranges between 7-10 working days. This period is not guaranteed and may vary based on the time of year and workload. Weekends, holidays, and shipping transit time are not included. If you have a time-sensitive job, please consider utilizing our rush order services.

Deadline Policy

Our website provides an estimated completion date during the approval process. Should you delay your approval by extra days, the same number of days will be added to the initial estimate. Please note that all estimates are subject to change. No refunds are provided for custom-made products delayed due to shipping or other uncontrollable factors.

Pricing Policy

We offer competitive wholesale prices. All quotations are valid for 30 days and are subject to change due to various factors such as supplier rate changes. Please review your quotes carefully for accuracy. Errors and omissions are accepted (E&OE).

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upfront, and we accept all electronic payment methods. All payments must clear before we process your order. For international transactions, customers are responsible for covering all banking fees. Some customers may qualify for Net 30 day terms based on credit checks and commercial references.

Order Approval

Timely approval of your order within 24 hours ensures your estimated turnaround time. Orders delayed in approval will have the same number of days added to the estimated completion date. You are responsible for verifying all the information on your order and proof sheets; we cannot be held accountable for errors once the order is approved.

Stock Availability

We do not keep all items in stock. If an item is unavailable, we offer suitable replacements or estimated restocking dates. Stock levels are checked during quoting but may change before your order is processed.

Rush Orders

Rush orders are available for a set percentage fee of the total order cost. This fee guarantees that your order will be shipped at least one working day before the required date, although we are not responsible for courier delays.

Shipping Policy

Unless specified, shipping costs are separate. Method Ink is not liable for damages, loss, or delays caused by the delivery carrier.

Order Changes

Significant alterations to approved orders may incur a £20 admin fee plus any additional costs, including restocking fees or material and labor charges.

Spoilage Policy

While we aim for perfect execution, spoilage is an industry reality. We will adjust or refund for items missing from your order, based on the quantity ordered and a set percentage for over/under runs.

Packaging

By default, orders are grouped by size and packaged in our branded boxes. Custom packaging options are available upon request.

Errors and Omissions

We make every effort for accuracy, but errors can happen. E&OE applies to all quotes, invoices, and proofing. It's your responsibility to review all materials carefully.

Artwork

Quality and Size

Artwork should ideally be submitted in vector format or as a high-resolution raster file. The size of the print will be determined based on our standards unless specific measurements are provided. We offer minor artwork adjustments as part of the setup fee, while complete overhauls are charged separately.

Charges

Standard artwork charges are included in the print cost. For more complex or gradient prints, additional fees apply. We don't offer design services but can guide you to appropriate resources.

Color Matching

We use Pantone colors for guidance but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to various factors like ink and fabric reactions.

Print Placement

Prints are generally aligned with a standard acceptable tolerance of 1.5cm in any direction. Specific requirements for unconventional print placements, like seams and collars, should be discussed beforehand as they may result in imperfections.
